Does this sound familiar? The school holidays are just around the corner and suddenly you ask yourself: ‘Who’s going to look after the kids?’ Don’t worry, at our kiana Kitas we have the solution! We know how important a familiar environment is for your little ones, especially after a short break from nursery. That’s why we are delighted to introduce you to our cool additional service: holiday care at our kiana Kitas.

Your home away from school: holiday care for former kiana kids.

Our holiday programme is mainly intended for your former kiana children – from kindergarten entry to the end of Year 3. We want to give you the opportunity to let your kids spend their holidays where they already know their way around and feel comfortable. That’s great, isn’t it? They quickly find their feet again and immediately have fun with their old friends.

Simply book and remain flexible.

You can easily request additional days for holiday care using the online form sent to the respective nursery management. The booking is valid as soon as you have received written confirmation from the invoicing department or nursery management. That way, you can be sure everything is in order!

Important information for your booking:

• – Full day: Additional days can only be booked on a full-day basis.
• – No minimum: There is no minimum number of childcare days. Book as you need!
• – Availability: Our offer always depends on the available capacity at your kiana daycare centre. So it’s best to enquire early!

It is extremely important to us that all children who return to us after a long absence feel completely at home. That is why the nursery management decides whether the childcare arrangement is suitable. If it is not a good fit, we will of course contact you immediately to discuss the matter.

What you should know when booking online:

When you book using our online form, you agree to the following points:

• – Medical care: You authorise our nursery staff to provide medical assistance in an emergency if we are unable to reach you.
• – Correct information: You confirm that all the information in the form is correct and complete.
• – Cancellation: You can cancel booked days free of charge up to 2 weeks before the holiday care period. After that, the full amount is due before the start of care, because we cannot reallocate the reserved place at such short notice. Unfortunately, this also applies if your child falls ill.
• – Booking confirmation: Your childcare days are only firmly booked once you have received confirmation from faktura@kianakrippen.ch.
• – Prices: The prices for childcare are based on the price list for the respective location, which is available on our website.
