Claudia has many years of experience as a daycare centre manager in various institutions in Central Switzerland. As an examiner, she is closely involved in the training of apprentices, which is very important to her. She also holds a specialist certificate in adult education. At kiana, she enjoys having the opportunity to discover nature with the children in a playful way and to live out her creativity and curiosity with them, as nature and movement are very important aspects of children’s development.

Welcome to kiana Root

Our daycare centre is located in the modern D4 Business Village in Root. In our spacious, bright and child-friendly rooms, the children have plenty of space to develop and immerse themselves in their play. Always in the field of vision of our qualified carers. In addition to spacious group rooms, there are various other child-friendly rooms available: Painting studio, movement room, role-play room, baby room specially equipped for the needs of babies and sleeping room. Close by is our forest area, which belongs to the crèche. There we can build huts, make fires or hang swings. Children discover their skills and motor skills are encouraged. Playing football on the grass, building castles in the sandpit or drawing roads for our bobby cars with chalk – everything is possible here and there are no limits to the imagination. And for those who want to take it a little easier, the beautiful crèche garden invites you to linger. Your child can also withdraw and sleep here. Whatever your child decides to do, we will record it with souvenir photos and texts in our portfolio folder created for each child. In it, we collect all important developmental steps, excursions and funny situations with friends. A beautiful reminder of a wonderful time. We look forward to getting to know you and your child.
